Lou is front of house; she’s our receptionist and has worked with Jane since the salon opened in February 2018. Prior to that, she worked with Jane at her previous salon, so she’s fully familiar with the Pervonia range of products and all of the treatments we offer.

Lou is your friendly and approachable ‘go to’. She is passionate about skin care and beauty and makes herself available to try out any new treatments. This gives Lou a great understanding of what it is, how it works and what to expect. A great advantage when answering client questions.

Lou says, “The thing I love best about my job is meeting and greeting clients, many of whom have been coming to Jane for years, and its lovely seeing them on a regular basis. Since opening Jane Bulbeck – The Specialists in Skincare & Beauty, we’re regularly welcoming new clients and as the first to meet them, I take great pleasure in providing good customer service.”
